ToolLodge.com ships within the USA. For international orders, customers must provide a carrier account number (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) and contact us for a quote.
Product is shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges will be displayed on the summary page during checkout. The shipping rate is based on the total sales amount and this charge is intended to cover most of our costs.
Once a product is delivered, shipped or received and signed for, you are responsible for damages. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. All orders require manufacturing time, which should be no more than two weeks. We will notify you if we anticipate a lead time of more than two weeks from date of ordering to date of shipment.
CA Residents: Sales tax applies to shipping charges. Sorry, those are the rules.

ToolLodge® Custom Organizer wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our product is custom made to the measurements you provide, we do not accept returns. If you have questions or concerns, contact us.
ToolLodge® Custom Organizer reserves all rights, including the right to reject a sale before shipping for any reason. If we reject a sale, we will refund your payment in full.
